Whilst breaking into the European and Global markets, the Radcliffe Group were struggling with cost effective telephony, which was also limiting business growth. The aim was to provide a solution whereby users would have a physical desktop phone but with very competitive international call costs.

After discussing the specific requirements with the Radcliffe Group, it was decided that they would adopt a Microsoft Skype for Business solution using Polycom handsets as they were already using Microsoft Office 365 for email. The Polycom handsets would provide enterprise level telephony within the office whilst the Skype for Business app would allow the users to communicate outside of the office.

- Existing telephone number was migrated to Microsoft without any downtime.
